Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Within Egypt

We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt, Canal Cities & Frontier Governorates: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier operations.


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

From time to time, Outlet House may offer promotional free shipping campaigns. Any applicable offer will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.


Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, the shipment may be returned to Outlet House. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Outlet House is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Courier network disruptions

  • High seasonal order volumes

We appreciate your patience should any unforeseen delays occur.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, Outlet House ships within Egypt only.

Should international shipping become available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
